Darned good burgers and a nice ice cream selection

After waiting for 15 minutes in line we got the wrong order and couldn't go back to change it because the line-up at the drive-through was too long. Horrible service

This has to be the best fast food ive had in a while. I ordered three ultimate burgers for me and my buds and they were absolutely superb. I would recommend the ultimate burger if you want an unforgettable taste. Go there at least once a week to get one.

The flamethrower burger seemed to lack spice, but the crispy chicken sandwich with added hot sauce sure made up for the spice quotient!

They mixed up my order but they corrected it quickly and were very polite about it.

Try their plain ice milk, is tasteless. It's NOT real ice cream. What you taste is any toppings you put on it.

Service was not good at all considering me and my boyfriend were the only two in the store. The workers were very slow. Took 15-20 minutes for them to make our order - $7 meal deal deluxe bacon cheeseburger, fries. That didn't impress me. When we got the meal, my burger was cold and burnt. We then went back up to the counter to get our sundaes. The worker did not even acknowledge that we were there and just went on with her business. When she made our sundaes, she only put the sauce on not even half of the sundae which made it so not appetizing to me. Definitely would NOT recommend this Dairy Queen.

We picked up an icecream cake and had our two grandchildren with us and DQ gave them a wee cone. That was so thoughtful and kind!

The new Wonder Woman Blizzard is great! Not sure when it'll leave. Probably at the end of summer.

Very nice people but our food was cold and our order was mixed up so we ended up paying for an extra cheese burger,fries and a drink. The ice cream tasted metallic. Maybe it was just an off day but very disappointing.

Best blizzards

Staff very friendly but service a bit slow for 1:00 pm weekday. I don't mind waiting for my food but would like a ballpark idea as to how long I'll be waiting (there's a difference between "will be right out" and "will be a few minutes"). Otherwise hold off on my ice cream and blizzard so it doesn't melt while I'm waiting for my food. Would like to know my order dollar total after placing my order and before getting to the window to pay.

Quick and polite service. Always receive food at appropriate temperatures and the staff are good with seniors.

Ice cream was way too soft that my blizzard was dripping when they flip. I had to get them to use another machine and redo it and they didn't look too impressed. Gross. If I wanted milk I would have drank a glass of it. What ever happened to guarantee a solid blizzard. My husbands banana split was milk within minutes. GROSS

I hate the drive through at this location

Love the onion rings. We only get ice cream occasionally because of our daughter's peanut allergy. We skip it if she's with us. Line moved pretty well until us. We had a bit of a wait but our order was for four. Location reminds me of Royal Burger. We are supposed to be in Italy for our 20th Anniversary but settled for DQ in East City. Pretty happy all things considered.

Great friendly service even in the worst of times. Nice to see a fast food restaurant where employees remember you the next visit. If they dont remember you maybe you should remember they dont work for you they are working to make you life a bit easier. Keep it up guys, keep that ice cream nice and cold.

There are lots of Dairy Queens but this is the nicest, cleanest and all round best one. They never get my order wrong...Nice!

I love the chicken strips they serve here have to say they are the best I have evrt had from a fast food place. Also my severly disabled Daughter loves to come here for a sundae, herein lies the problem the restaurant IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE, trying to get her in and out of the place is a nightmare! Although a few times there have been some other customers who were more than wiilling to help while the staff just looked on offering no help what's so ever!! In this day and age ALL public places should be accessible not only for people in wheelchairs but for elderly customers and mothers with children in strollers. Dairy Queen you need to make ALL YOUR PLACES accessible it is the RIGHT THING TO DO!!
